Not only kids familiarize themselves with art through playing with shapes, colours and sounds in the Creaviva at the Zentrum Paul Klee. Those who find their own free spaces for fantasy and creativity are happier and their joy and enthusiasm will infect those around them.

Three principal areas build the foundation of this centre of competence for art education, unique in Switzerland. Every year, more than 10'000 visitors participate in our workshops to encounter the work and life of Paul Klee. The alternating "Interactive Exhibitions" invite you to develop perception and skills as well as your interest for detail. Three times a day we invite you to the "Open Studio" in order to discover the techniques used by Paul Klee in his art. Our guests can expand their perspectives of the world and uncover its flexibility and shapeability.

The Creaviva’s main goal is to ensure that each visit to our centre provides a new opportunity for exploration into the universe of Paul Klee’s art while discovering your own creative talents at the same time.

The children's museum Creaviva is incorporated as a separate organisational unit into the Zentrum Paul Klee and is managed by its own director. Strategic leadership is guided by the "Fondation du Musée des Enfants auprès du Centre Paul Klee".
