«huānyíng» (chin.: Welcome)

Where there is whisper one finds secrets and the fear of someone possibly overhearing something not meant for their ears. One whispers for various reasons and in many different places because we all have these small secrets and big mysteries that we hope to protect by keeping them hidden.

From the 19th February until the middle of June 2016 the interactive exhibition «huānyíng», which was created along the lines of the exhibition Chinese Whispers at the ZPK, went on a journey to find the secrets and meanings behind mysterious symbols, forms and colour compositions.
The artworks created are exceptionally fleeting and show us once more that all things around us are fading, that all things flow.
